There was little talking here; mostly just meditation.

Barbara: This is after John's dharma talk. Some of us are gathered in the living room, simply inviting brothers and sisters of light to join us with whatever feels appropriate. I want to start with a simple prayer.

Beloved spirit presence, our higher selves, out guides and whatever other loving beings are present; we are suffering. We are sometimes in body pain, confused, caught up in negative emotion and in old karmic patterns. We seek help at all levels. Our liberation is our own responsibility, and yet we recognize there is so much loving energy around us, happy to support our process. So we invite you in. I invite you into these bodies for the highest good of all beings, and with harm to none. We invite you to be with us energetically; to speak to us; to offer whatever seems appropriate to each of us in the circle in support of our path to liberation. I thank you for your willingness to hold us in your hearts.

This is me, Barbara, and I have no idea what's going to happen here. So we will simply open it to spirit and let spirit orchestrate it as they wish. With the next words I open this body for spirit to incorporate.

I consecrate this body to the light. Any being that uses this body must be fully harmonious with my own highest values and purpose, for the highest good of all beings and with harm to none. It must be harmonious with the teachings of the Buddha and the Christ and come in love.

BOL: My love to you all. (pause) I am called here to be of service to you. Other entities may come into the body as well, and your beloved friend Aaron is close by. What I would invite is that each of you hold in your hearts your highest intention.
