• Where do I mail the check?
  Make the check payable to Deep Spring Center and make a notation on the check of the retreat or class name and date. Mail the check to:

• Yikes, I registered twice!
  Not to worry. Just drop an Email to the office manager (om@deepspring.org) and tell them the details (retreat or class, name and what happened).
  
  
• I want to change my choice of accomodation on a retreat.
  Drop an Email to the registar (retreat@deepspring.org) and tell them the details (retreat, name and what you need changed).
  
  
• I want to change my donation or scholarship amount.
  Drop an Email to the registar (retreat@deepspring.org) and tell them the details (retreat, name and what you need changed).
  
  
• I made a mistake when I registered. How do I make changes?

• Do you offer scholarships?
  Yes, we do. All details are kept in confidence. Register first, choosing a shared room, choosing the pay by check, then drop an Email to the registar (retreat@deepspring.org) and tell them the details (retreat, name and ask about a scholarship). If we can offer a scholarship, the amount due will be re-adjusted and you will be told how much is due. You can mail in a check for that amount. If for some reason we cannot offer a scholarship, we can delete your registration.
  
  
• I need to cancel, can I get some money back?
  Yes, how much depends on the circumstances. See the retreat policy guidelines.
  
  
• I have questions about the retreat I just signed up for.
  The letter for retreatants is sent out about two weeks before the retreat. You can probably count on your retreat being run mostly like last year's retreat, so take a look at the retreatant letters from the past. (e.g. http://archives.deepspring.org/Retreats/). If that is not enough, contact the registar (retreat@deepspring.org)
